Christmas at C.S. Lewis Square

Join us at C.S. Lewis Square for an extended weekend of music concerts, fine dining and family fun to help you get into the festive mood and to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the C.S. Lewis Square opening.

Here's what you can look forward to:

Urban Nature Walk & Writing Workshop

Join poet Emma Must for a gentle walk along the Connswater Community Greenway followed by a writing workshop during C.S. Lewis Festival on Sunday 4th November.

Writers with any level of experience, or none at all, are very welcome. The walk will last for approximately one hour and will be followed by a guided writing workshop.

Meet at EastSide Visitor Centre at 1pm.

Winter Evening Walks

Following on from the success of Walk Wednesdays we will now be introducing bi-weekly evening walks on the Connswater Greenway starting from Monday 5th November. 

Our experienced walk leaders Colin and Davy will greet you from the meeting point at EastSide Visitor Centre. For one hour they will guide you along well lit Connswater Community Greenway paths and parks.

Christmas Fayre & Light Switch On

Join us in Narnia HQ (aka C.S. Lewis Square) for our official Christmas tree light switch on.

There will be: 

  • Official Christmas Tree lights switch on
  • Santa & Reindeer
  • 35 Artisan traders
  • Food trucks & bar
  • Street theatre
  • Live music performances
  • Facepainting

This event coincides with the two year opening anniversary of C.S. Lewis Square.
